* Adds basic MainLoop unit tests

* Remove WinChange action from Curses

* Remove WinChange action from Curses

* Remove ProcessInput action from Windows MainLoop

* Simplified MainLoop/ConsoleDriver by making MainLoop internal and moving impt fns to Application

* Modernized Terminal resize events
