Fixes #3180: DateField to handle all date formats (#3188)

* Fix format bug for 10 character date

* Handle all date formats (except date formats using 2 chars seprator)

* Removes \u200F mark from the Text property.

* Make constant for RIGHT_TO_LEFT MARK

* Add comment explanation for StandardizeDateFormat method
